She was predeceased by: her father Robert Eugene Balzano; her grandparents, Maurice, Jane McNulty, Vito and Josephine Balzano; and her nephew Dominic Robert Balzano.
She is survived by: her mother Eleanor Ruth Balzano (McNulty); her husband Patrick Joseph Owens; her children, Bobbie Jean Owens (Jeff Ries) and Joshua Caleb Owens (Megan); her grandchildren, Ian (Emily), Evalin, Louis and Porter; her siblings, Belinda Passanita (Tony), Robert "Jim" Balzano (Pennie) and Jane Caretti (Arnold); and her siblings' children, Maria, Bindie, Toni Marie, Victoria, Rebekah, Rachael and Isaac.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Higher Hope Church (1000 Race St, Sunbury, PA 17801). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
The family will provide flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Rudy Gelnett Memorial Library, 1 North High St, Selinsgrove, PA 17870 or Northumberland Christian School "Scholarship Fund," 351 5th St, Northumberland, PA 17857.
