He is survived by: his spouse Gale Hoffman (Berger); his sons, Christopher Hoffman (Mandi) and Jeremy Hoffman (Becky); his grandchildren, Anita Williams (Steve), Brandon, Taylor Williams, Noah and Lily Hoffman; and his brother Frank Hoffman (Judy).
