She was predeceased by : her husband Clinton Smith; her parents, Kenneth Young and Izora Young (Zeek); and her sister Elsie Pence. She is survived by : her daughter Ronna; her son-in-law Ron Ditty of West Milton, Two; her grandchildren, Clinton, Olivia Libby of Northumberland, Brad and Kayla Ditty of West Milton; and her great grandchild Everly Rose Libby of Northumberland.

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Calvary Tabernacle (290 Corcyra Rd, Sunbury, PA 17801).

In lieu of flowers a charitable contribution can be made in Connie's name to Calvary Tabernacle Church.
