He was predeceased by : his parents, Clair E., Sr. and Martha J. Baney (Hogan); and his sister Pam Z. Baney. He is survived by : his children, Timothy A. Baney of Sunbury, Tara S. Enoch of Jacksonville, FL, Jenny E. Baney of Sunbury and Amy R. (Jamarro Wells); his grandchildren, Hillary, Laura, Riley, Jayden, Jara, Thomas, Shovonne, Aliyah, Ameiir and Amari; his great grandchildren, Alistair, Abel, Atticus and Emery; and his siblings, Brett A. (Sharon Baney), Clair E., Jr. (Karen Baney), Julie C. Neiswender and Alice M. Reed of Sunbury.
