She was predeceased by : her parents, Ralph Sanders and Helena Sanders (Haupt); her husband Edward F. Bird; her son David F. "Chico" Bird; her daughter-in-law Donna Bird (Roberts); and her siblings, Ralph, Harry Sanders, Louise Sanders, Virginia Keefer Paul, Ruth Brown and Peggy Sanders.
She is survived by : her nieces and nephews, Margaret Brown, Donna Bogle (John), T. Michael Brown (Laurie) and Lamar Keefer; her grandson Lucas Bird; and her cousin Mary Weaver.
