He was predeceased by: his parents, John R. Railing and Doris J. Railing (Katz). He is survived by: his daughter Stephanie C. E. Clark (David M. Clark) of Milborne Port, England; his sisters, Leslie Knepp (David) and Pamela Mihalov (late Bob Mihalov) of Dillsburg; and his former wives, Geri M. Heck (Bobinis) of Leesport and Sue Hollenbach of Kramer, PA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and close friends.
