He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Morgan and Corine Morgan (Boren); and his siblings, Tom, Doug, Jim and Patrica Rainwater.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lana "Shellie" Sebasovich (Mark), Chrissy Oller (David) and Angela Annis; and his sisters, Jeannie Kern and Shelia Ensminger. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
