She is survived by: her siblings, Linda (Skinner), Richard and Allen; her former husband Paul Grausgruber; her sons, Nicholas and Joseph; her stepchildren, Lori, Kristen, Kevin and Todd; her husband Rufus H. Reynolds; her stepchildren, Jonica, Bernadette and Rufus H. Reynolds III; and her grandchildren, Jessica, Kyle, Hope, Garret, Brianna, Abby, Malena, Aric, Donovan, Deven, Owen and Avrie.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hennessey Funeral Home (747 Jackson Ave, Susquehanna, PA 18847). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. John's Catholic Church (15 E Church St, Susquehanna, PA 18847). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St John the Evangelist/Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church (15 E Church St, Susquehanna, PA 18847).
In lieu of flowers a donation in Barbara's honor to St Jude Children's Hospital will be greatly appreciated. It was Barb's favorite charity.
