He was predeceased by: his parents, John T. Fox and Pearl Fox (Nagle); his former wife Evelyn Fox (Peg); his son Joseph R. Fox, Jr.; his stepdaughter Lisa Snyder; and his siblings, Betty Fox, Vi Wren, Edna Mae Kreitzer, Joanne Kelly, John Fox, Jr. and Milton Fox.
He is survived by: his son Michael Fox (Valerie); his grandsons, Patrick Fox (Cori) and Christopher Fox; his great grandchildren, Brenna and Braxton; his wife Iva L. Fox (Leitzel); his stepson Edward Fox; and his stepgrandsons, Joshua Page, Jacob Snyder (Hannah), Luke Snyder and Isaiah Snyder.
