He is survived by : his wife Janet Harris; his stepchildren, Justine Haley, Jeffrey Haley and Joleane Hobart; his grandchildren, Jeffery, Kenny, Kati, Molli, Abby and Carter; and his pets, Lucky and Blackie. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.

“I am saddened to hear of Bob's passing. Bob was my half 2nd cousin on my paternal Grand-Mother's side. I first met Bob when I became interested in family ancestry. We became instant friends. Our 2nd visit was when he stayed at our home in Vienna, WV so we had more time to share what we knew about family. Our last visit was our best when he and Janet joined my wife Sue and I for several days. We send our condolences to his family as Bob has moved on to a better place. Dave and Sue Doering”
