He was predeceased by : his son Terry Collins Jr.; his siblings, Charles Collins, Ed Collins and Cora; and his siblings-in-law, David Bouren and Barbara Collins.
He is survived by : his wife Robin Collins (Evanitsky); his son Kyle Lee Collins; his granddaughters, Chole Mae Collins and Kylie Faye Collins; his brothers, Bill (Arlene Collins) and Fred Collins; and his siblings-in-law, Randy, Robin Evanitsky, Michael, Michelle Evanitsky, Bonnie, Brian Kulecza and Mickey Evanitsky. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
