It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Lloyd Stark of Susquehanna, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 21, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Frederick Stark and Edith Stark; his wife Debbie Stark; and his siblings, Patty Stark, Marjorie Meck and Frederick Stark Jr..

He is survived by : his daughters, Florence Stark and Edie Stark; his siblings, Steve Stark and Millie Kenyon; and his children, Larry Meck (Tanya), Mike Meck, Amy Natterer (Ron) and Sharon Marvin (Gary). He is also survived by many great nephews and nieces that he considered grandchildren and great grandchildren.
