“I was so sad to hear this news. Carlos and Evelyn welcomed us to Wallingford Hills when we moved here in 2001. Carlos was the ultimate gentleman. He will be missed. At times like this I am reminded of the last verse of the West Point Alma Mater. Although Carlos did not attend West Point he did serve in the Army and Air Force as an officer. When our work is done Our course on earth is run May it be said, Well Done! Be thou at peace. Well done, Colonel Costa. Well done. Rest in peace.”
