He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Stucker, Sr. and Effie Eudora Stucker (Thomas); his sister Doris Mae Stucker; his son Brian Stucker; his brothers, Alan D. Stucker, Harry Thomas Stucker and Paul Phillip Stucker, Sr.; and his close friend Mary Ann Kukosky (Patla).
He is survived by: his sons, Robert T. Stucker of Tunkhannock, Jeffery Stucker of Wilkes-Barre and David Stucker of Wilkes-Barre; his siblings, Elmer S. Stucker, Jr., Charolette Ann Stucker, Shirley May Stucker, Charles John Stucker, John Thomas Stucker and Bernadine Lombardo; and his grandchild Kukosky. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
