She was predeceased by: her husband Donald T. Buchanan; and her sister Diane M. Kelly (Ondovchik). She is survived by: her niece April Balsomico (Kelly); her stepson Christopher Buchanan; and her stepgrandson Christopher Shay Buchanan.

Entombment in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Bridgeville, PA.l, In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Humane World for Animals.
