He was predeceased by: his parents, James Matthews and Marjorie Dixon Matthews; and his brother Mark Matthews. He is survived by: his siblings, Diane Tirio (Tony), Carol Remaley (late Wayne) and Martin (late Theresa). He is also survived by children, 28 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
