He is survived by: his wife Loreen Cosgrove; his children, Jess Cosgrove of LaJose and Stephanie Cosgrove of East McKeesport; his grandchildren, Thomas Cosgrove, Peytin Cosgrove and Paige Hess; and his siblings, Sandy McGough and Linda Burns. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
