He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Lithkousky and Frances Lithkousky; his wife Arlene Lithkousky; his son James; and his siblings, Josephine Wysocky, Ann Marie Lithkousky, Anthony and Bernard Lithkousky.

He is survived by: his daughter Donna Lithkousky; his granddaughters, Sabrina Carey (Daniel Kane) and Baylee Kane; and his nephew Arthur.
