She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Bushman and Helen Bushman; and her siblings, Joseph, Bill and Val.
She is survived by: her husband Craig S. Evans; her sons, Zac S. Evans (Nicole), Kyle R. Evans (Sarah) and Noah D. Evans; and her brothers, George and Jim Bushman. She is also survived by her husband, her children, and her grandchildren.
