He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Charles and Reta Mae Bailey (Smith); and his nephew John L. Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Laura Mae Miller; his children, Justin C. Bailey (Kate) of Tamaqua and Ashley L. Pliska (Stephen) of West Penn; his grandchildren, Kenneth, Jackson Bailey, Bailey, Evan, Isaac and Thea Pliska; his brother Bruce L. (Diane) of Friedensburg; and his pets, Maggie and Martha.
