He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Matalavage and Helen Matalavage (Zutelis); and his siblings, Larry "The Beaver" Matalavage and Delores Cerami. He is survived by: his wife Mildred E. "Joyce" Matalavage (Morton); his children, Dennis, Jennifer Larrea (Paul) and Aimee Walter (Kevin); and his grandsons, Nathan, Jack and Bryce.
