He is survived by: his wife Rose Marie Weaver (Bierstein); his caregiver Christine M. "Tina" Stianche (Michael); his son Jeffrey A. Weaver (Lori White); his brother Robert Weaver, Jr.; his grandchildren, Courtney Tenisci (Joe) and Brett Weaver (Alicia); and his great grandchildren, Sophia, Emilia Tenisci and Ali Weaver. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
