He is survived by: his children, Brian Brode (Anna), Chad Brode (Sarah), Shannon Schwalm (Steven), Crystal Leary (Michael DiNapoli) and Stephanie Brode (Stephen St); his grandchildren, Ryan, Brianna Schwalm, Gabriella, Hailee, Madison, Parker, Cooper, Rowan Brode, Damian D. Gigli, Alivia Leary, Freeman Leary, Garret Leary, John Leary, IV and Autumn Farber; and his brother Michael T. Brode (Lori).
