He was predeceased by: his grandfather Charles Thomas. He is survived by: his parents, Jason Curvey (Theresa) of Tamaqua and Nicole Thomas (Fritzinger) of Tamaqua; his father-in-law Matthew; his siblings, Aubrey Thomas, Samantha Koch, Nate Curvey (Alicia) of Subrey and Tyler Koch; and his grandparents, Daniel, Jane Fritzinger of Tamaqua, Catherine Thomas of Mary, Fred, Marylouise Curvey of Tamaqua, Joe, Dorothy Rother of Tamaqua, Rita and Tony Montalvo of Cherry Valley, Illinois. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
