He was predeceased by: his sisters, Sharon Garrett and Marylou Check; his parent Dolores Garrett; and his brothers, Jimmy Garrett and Tommy Garrett.
He is survived by: his sisters, Kathleen Turner of Virginia and Karen Valentine (Kenneth) of Quakake; his close friend Cindy Delp (Squeakers) of Tamaqua; and his friend Christopher. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
