He was predeceased by : his parents, Benjamin Macalush and Anna Macalush (Horas); and his siblings, Anna Mae Herring, Pauline Hager, John and James Macalush.
He is survived by : his wife Anne C. Macalush (Edmonds); his children, Nicole Machay, Todd Macalush (Lisa) of Tamaqua and Darin Macalush (Amy) of Tamaqua; his grandchildren, Abigail, Ian Machay and Haley Macalush; and his nephew Joe.
