She was predeceased by: her parents, Elden E. Neifert and Grace Neifert (Hinkle). She is survived by: her husband John Handler of Tamaqua; and her siblings, Elden H. Neifert, Sr. (Nancy) of Quakake, Ronald Neifert (Carmie) of Delano, Shirley Smudin (Gary) of Quakake, Lois Knadler of Hometown and Rita Melusky of Pottsville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Friday, May 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Zizelmann-Gulla Funeral Home (500 E Broad St, Tamaqua, PA 18252). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location.
