Phyllis Joan Paisley Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on September 20, 2025, Phyllis Joan Paisley of Tamaqua, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Hillegas and Pearl Hillegas (Dreisbach); her husband Luther Paisley; her daughter Naomi Paisley; and her brother Charles Hillegas.
She is survived by: her children, Joan Nowak (Robert) of Shenandoah, Edythe Milchick (George) of Tuscarora and Wendel Paisley (Maribeth) of Lancaster; her grandchildren, Nicholas Emerich, Elizabeth Robins, Marie Wilczewski and Zara Paisley; and her great grandchildren, Delylah, Jackson, Lukas, Brielle and Scarlett. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations in Phyllis's name may be made to Trinity United Church of Christ, 22 Lafayette Street, Tamaqua, PA 18252.
