Robert leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Robert’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Robert will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sadie Phillips (Martin) and James Phillips; his daughters, Kathy Endress (Jim) and Deborah Phillips; and his siblings, Richard "Dick" Phillips, Thomas Phillips, Allen Phillips and Cathy Poorbaugh.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Phillips (Snapp); his children, Robert Phillips Jr. (Cynthia Foder) of Ohio, Edward Phillips (Megan) of Levittown, Barbara Forrest of Tamaqua and Dolores Valentine (Cody) of Tamaqua; and his daughter-in-law Ann Galiczynski. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
