He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Marshall and Mildred Marshall (Giehl); his son Stephen Marshall; and his siblings, Daniel, Donald Marshall, Shirley Gerber, Mildred McAffey and Norma Zimmerman.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Marshall (McIntyre); his children, Lori Stringer (Jamie) of Tybee Island, Georgia and Jeffrey Marshall of Shillington; his granddaughters, Jessica, Janelle, Danielle (Karl) and Brittany; and his great grandchildren, Ian, Cole, Alexander, Lucas, Maiya, Ellen and Isabella. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
