Blaschak of East Norriton, John A. Blaschak (Karen) of Montoursville and Anita L. Blaschak of Athens, GA.; and her grandchildren, Jason Pandolfo (Christine), Tiffany Gwilliam, Nichole Crawford (James) and Ashley Stout (Marcus). She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
