He was predeceased by: his parents, David J. Rowlands and Sara M. Rowlands (Faust); and his brother David. He is survived by: his wife Joanne M. Rowlands (Pedron); his sisters, Suzanne Crewalk (John) and Megan Lentes (Mark); his caregiver Ally Vega; and his nephew Tom.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John Xxiii Roman Catholic Church (307 Pine St, Tamaqua, PA 18252).
