He is survived by: his daughters, Dawn Jacoby, Deonna Jacoby, Debbie Marstellar, Mary Jo Curzi and Donna Curzi; his grandchildren, Dave, Justin, Brittany, Carrie Dell, DixieAnn, Priscilla, Nathaniel and Aquila; his brother-in-law Robert Farnsworth; his niece Gail Scheller; and his caregiver Katherine Serrano. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
