He was predeceased by: his parents, Evan George Willing and Jean C. Willing (Walker); his daughter Tracey Lynn Willing; and his brother Evan George Willing II. He is survived by: his children, Wendy L. Willing-Hall (Daniel) and William W. Willing, Jr.; his grandson Derek Willing (Kori); his great grandchildren, Parker and Pierce Willing; and his sister Jean Bales. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the E. Franklin Griffiths Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. (655 E Broad St, Tamaqua, PA 18252).
