He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward H. Cepull and Grace McLaughlin Cepull; and his siblings, Patricia Maier and Edward Cepull, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Young; his close friend Rose Anthony; his sister Karen Chomyak (David); his children, Jeffrey Cepull (Lynne Hunter), Kim Cepull, Dale Cepull (Cindi) and Jennifer Copus; and his grandchildren, Autumn Cepull, Cristin Cepull Perney (Nickolas), Michael Cepull, Josh Copus (Francee) and Emilee Hemler (Sam). He is also survived by his eight great-grandchildren; and his one great-great grandchild.
Viewing will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ross G. Walker Funeral Home (217 Freeport Rd, New Kensington, PA 15068). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
