She was predeceased by : her parents, John Pavlick and Ruth Pavlick (McGinnis); and her husband David L. Adams. She is survived by : her daughters, Heather L. Wolf (Joseph) of North Huntington, Jessica M. King (Richard) of North Versailles and Michele A. Zirngibl (Justin) of New Kensington; her grandchildren, Sabrina Bevan (Conrad), Kasen King, Landon George, Tyler Zirngibl, Madalyn King and Lily Zirngibl; and her siblings, Judy Siljander (Tom) of San Jose, CA, John Pavlick (Jen) of Sarver and Sharon Petricca (Don) of New Kensington.
