She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Foust and Annie Foust (Barger); her husband Charles R. Bartholic; and her siblings, Howard, Richard, Chuck Foust, Arlene Leslie, Martha Brown, Louise Malethic and Ester Neff.
She is survived by: her children, Gloria Moxie (Joseph) of Creighton, Richard Bartholic (Diane) of Ames and Darlene Bartholic of Allegheny Township; her grandchildren, David Shutak (Catherine), Jeffrey Shutak, Lorie Lassinger (James), Derek Bartholic and Kyle Bartholic (Danielle); and her brother John E. "Jack" Foust of Cabot. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren, 4 great great-grandchildren.
