He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold E. Pry and Elizabeth Pry (Zwick); and his siblings, Harold, Alvin (Peg) and Betty Gardner (Ken).

He is survived by: his wife Dolores; his sons, Edward S., David A and Jeffrey (Nancy); his grandchildren, Rachael Pry (Anthony), David P, Jeffrey Pry (Kathleen) and Jennifer E. Pry (LT Brandon Foor); and his great grandchildren, Ellie Jae, Sophie, Celia and Oliver.

Viewing was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Semian Funeral Home (704 Union St, Taylor, PA 18517). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Divine Mercy Parish (312 Davis St, Scranton, PA 18505). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 11:15 AM to 11:45 AM at the Saints Peter and Paul Cemetery.
