We are sad to announce that, on January 6, 2026, at the age of 69, Harold J. Browne of Taylor, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Browne and Lucille Browne; and his sister Claire Mahoney. He is survived by: his children, Caterina Browne (Mary Rapach), Jessica Browne and Anthony Browne; his grandchildren, Christopher, Samantha Bellfield and Vincent Browne; his great grandchildren, Juliana, Gavin, Declan, Lars and Bennett Bellfield; and his siblings, Marie Browne, Evelyn Lavin, Vincent Browne, Michael Browne and Christopher Browne. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, in-laws.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Harry's name to Breakthrough T1D (formerly Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation), so that another child may defy the odds as he did.https://www.breakthrought1d.org.
