She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas G. McHugh; her parents, Anthony Bryk and Stella Drouse Bryk; and her brothers, Stephen W. and Anthony Bryk.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kimberly (Jeff Waide) and Stefanie Whetsell (Daniel); her granddaughter Penelope; her sister Theresa Bryk; her aunt Alberta; and her close friend Chewie. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Semian Funeral Home (704 Union St, Taylor, PA 18517). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 at 4:00 PM and on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A committal service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 11:45 AM at the Saints Peter and Paul Cemetery (1035 Spring St, Moosic, PA 18507).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Allied Hospice, 511 Morgan Highway, Scranton, 18503.
