She was predeceased by : her brother Bernard Mazaleski; and her son-in-law Robert "BJ" Mitchell. She is survived by : her daughters, Melissa Sopp Moore (Craig) of Malvern and Jillian Sopp of Chesapeake, VA; her grandchildren, Carrig, Liam, Gavin, Addison and Peyton; her siblings, Judy Collins of Moosic, Ronald Mazaleski of Whitsett, NC and Carl Mazaleski of Forty Fort; and her siblings-in-law, Dorothy Kaetzel of Taylor, Diane Klink of Duryea and Ronald Sopp of Old Forge.

In lieu of flowers, the family prefers that memorials be directed to either St. Francis of Assisi Kitchen, 500 Penn Ave., Scranton, PA 18503 or St. Jude's Childrens Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 (stjude.org).
