He was predeceased by: his parent Audrylee Williams (McCann). He is survived by: his father David L. Williams, Sr.; his wife Charlotte L Williams (Block); his daughters, Emily L. Williams and Abigail L. Williams (Michael Resnick); his brother Robbie L. Williams (Shearon); his niece Amy Wright (Faber); and his nephews, Dan Williams and Andrew Williams.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in David's name may be made to the Music Program at Christ Covenant Church or the Amyloidosis Foundation.
