He is survived by: his wife Heather Mackey (Majka); his children, Erin Mackey, Sean and Thomas Mackey; his brothers, Paul Mackey (Michelle) of Hutchinson, NJ and Raymond Mackey of Hazelton, PA; and his nieces, Nicole Collier-Dick and Shana Collier.
