He was predeceased by: his wife Diane Joan Hayes; and his parents, Perry Hayes and Sara Hayes. He is survived by: his children, Holly Hayes (Ray Steinman), Michael Hayes (Dinah) and Darin Hayes (Cassie); his grandchildren, Chase (Iolanda), Mason (Annie), Terner (Chloe), Gabrielle, Ava, John, Ani and Brynn; his great grandchildren, Evangeline and Rosalee; and his sisters, Linda Greiner and Aven Markley (Ken).
