He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Blosky and Eleanor Blosky; his brother Larry "Butch" Blosky; and his grandson Kevin Blosky. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Blosky; his children, Jack Blosky, Jr. (Janet), Rhonda Hundley (Sanford), Betty Blosky and Paula Zerdoum (Kamel); and his sisters, Judy Bailey and Mary Ann Hackenberg. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
