He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Folcarelli and Mary Folcarelli (DiTullio); and his siblings, Anthony, Ralph, Joe and Sue Bishop.

He is survived by: his wife Sandi Folcarelli (Staley); his son John Folcarelli (Alicia); his grandchildren, Kayla and Trent; and his brother Richard Folcarelli. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
