He was predeceased by: his son Roger; his parents, Raymond Slater Springer and Mildred Springer (Allison); and his sisters, Jean Yervelli (Springer) and Ruth Jenkins (Springer).
He is survived by: his son Steve (Barbara) of Potomac; and his grandsons, Nick and Mike.
