Lukens (Telford, Pennsylvania), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 14, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Platt and Dorothy Platt (Cragg). She is survived by: her husband Jeff Lukens; her children, Tara McLaughlin (Daniel) of Pottsgrove, Rebecca Lukens of Buxton, NC and Jeffrey C. Lukens of Limerick; her grandchildren, Kyle, Riley and Jack; and her siblings, Nancy Christiansen of Perkasie and Albert Platt of Blue Bell. She is also survived by numerous loving in-laws, cousins, nieces, nephews, and beyond her children.
