She was predeceased by: her husband Lloyd O. Crouthamel; her parents, Abraham Swartley and Cora S. Swartley (Freese); her siblings, Viola Weidenmoyer, Pearl Kooker, Lloyd Swartley and Lewellyn Swartley; and her grandson James B. Fosbenner.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sheila Fosbenner (James) of Stillwater, PA, Holly Jones of Souderton, PA and Michelle Slemmer (Randal). She is also survived by seven grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the Telford Volunteer Fire Company #1, 400 W. Broad Street, Telford, PA 18969 or to St. Paul's Lutheran Church at the above address.
