With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mark Sean Esmonde of Telford, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 20, 2025 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Mark Sean had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Mark Sean may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William B. Esmonde Sr. and Dolores R. Esmonde; and his sister Patricia A. Esmonde. He is survived by: his children, Hannah Farina (George) of Souderton, PA and Ian Esmonde of Telford, PA.; and his siblings, William B. Esmonde Jr. (Jennifer), Joan Kelly (Darrell) and Steven Esmonde. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Williams-Bergey-Koffel Funeral Home (667 Harleysville Pike, Telford, PA 18969). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Mark's name may be made to the Phoenixville Hospital Foundation, 140 Nutt Road, Phoenixville, PA 19460.
